Disappointed!

I Loved the pictures, so I ordered this beautiful set. I was ready to lounge in the Florida sun when the patio set finally arrived. When it came time to put it together, there was no hardware or instructions. I decided to return the set, which also was a pain. The shipping instructions were unclear, it specified to mail it the post office or other shipping services, but the only one that would not charge a return fee was FedEx.

Great set for the money!

The set came delivered in 3 boxes all in good condition. It was easy to assembly and we put it together in 2 hours. One of the pieces for arm chairs was missing a screw hole and could not be put together properly. The table had a scratch that was noticeable. I contacted the seller who got back to me within 12 hours and the sent me an entire new set!!!great customer service! The new set arrived and all pieces were in perfect condition! I highly recommend this set. It looks great and is very comfortable!

Great set

I was really nervous ordering a patio set off of Amazon. It fits on our patio perfect and it??s sturdy and very comfortable. The cushions and the cover are not waterproof they are just water resistant, so if it??s raining a lot I would bring those in. Overall a really great product and I believe to be worth the money.

Missing box

Supposed to be a 3 box shipment. Only received 2 of the 3 boxes. 1 box never left facility. Can??t assemble until get last box. Still awaiting answer to my claim.
