4. Delivery time

  • For in stock items: 7-14 days after you place the order. For bulk item, we ship in truck.
  • For customize/nostock items: 25-35 days after we receive the payment and confirm the customize options.
  • For fabric samples: 2-3 days to deliver after receive your order or confirm the color, shipping address, and fabric via phones or e-mail.

For the most part, our items are shipped through Standard Shipping at your door, and in the case of an apartment building, they will be delivered to the building's manager's office/mail room/leasing office or lobby. Keep in mind that freight (the big stuff) items are curbside delivery only, which means that the carrier/driver is not responsible for in-house delivery and/or any required assembly. Make sure neighbors, family, and/or friends are there to assist you if needed.

Choosing a fabric swatch is the most prudent way to ensure that the fabric you choose will perfectly match your preferences and lifestyle. When fabric samples of a specific item are available to you, rest assured we are happy to provide them free of charge. Order swatches and choose your fabric swatch and we'll have it at your service the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping to 48 US states. Except for Alaska, Hawaii and military service areas. We can deliver to most addresses and complete deliveries. If you'd like to learn more, please read our shipping and delivery policy.

Our goods are all customized. The general production cycle is 15-20 days. Once the goods are ready, it will take 30-35 days to be shipped to our overseas warehouse. After arriving at the warehouse, we will arrange to send the goods to your designated recipient. address. The general delivery cycle is about 60 days, and 90% of customers can receive the goods within 60 days. However, there will also be uncontrollable factors, such as bad weather that affects the delivery time. We will deal with these as soon as possible.

We have a thorough inspection process before dispatching, so damage is rare. Nevertheless, you should inspect your item(s) upon arrival for any and all details you may consider as "damage" and document it with photos, including box markings for product and model number. You have a maximum of 5 days to report delivery related damage(s) to both the carrier and us at Hooseng. The item MUST be in its original box.

Returns & Exchanges

At Hooseng, we accept 30 days return. But please note, You’ve got 30 days after delivery to send it back to us and get a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipment costs. For more information, please read our return policy.

For Return:

Please return the items in the original packaging, which is designed carefully to avoid shipping damages. If you have already discarded the original packaging, you can use the best packaging material that you can find to package the item sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us. An additional $50 repackaging fee per item will be charged for returned items without their original packaging. We encourage customers to photograph the items scheduled for return and the condition of the packaging before handing them over to our delivery partners.

For Exchange:

Generally, we cannot cancel an order once it has left our manufacturer's warehouse or distribution center. Additionally, if the item(s) ordered require assembly and have already been assembled, we cannot cancel that part of an order.

If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us via support@hooseng.com or phoned us via within 24 hours to request changes or cancellation orders without incurring charges.
If you need to cancel your order after 24 hours of ordering, but before it has shipped, you will receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. After that, your shipment will be processed and any changes or cancellation from thereon will incur a 20% restocking fee.
You don't have to pay the restocking fees if you cancel an order in transit as long as you place a new order. But need to deduct a 5% processing fee.
